Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time

• EU countries: 3–7 business days

• UK: 4–9 business days (customs may add delays)

• Rest of world: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and courier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on your location and order weight.
Free EU shipping is available on orders over €500.

Customs & Taxes

Orders within the EU include VAT where applicable.
Orders shipped outside the EU (including the UK) may be subject to local VAT, customs duties, or handling fees. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tracking

A tracking link will be emailed once your order is on its way. Please ensure your address is correct — we cannot refund or resend items returned due to an incorrect address.
